E-commerce

An online store is not a shop window. It is a selling machine.

The service

Selling online is much more than putting products on a page. It is an organised catalogue, payments that don't fail, certified invoicing, synchronised stock and logistics closing the loop, all working as a single system, every day, with no manual intervention. That is what we build.

Every store we make is designed for the business that will run it. We integrate the payments your customers expect (MB Way, card, Multibanco references), the certified invoicing the law requires and the carriers you already work with. If you have a physical store, we synchronise stock so that online and counter never contradict each other.

The product page is where the sale is won or lost, and it is the part most stores handle worst: real photographs and enough of them, descriptions that answer doubts instead of repeating the supplier's catalogue, dimensions, delivery times and the returns policy in plain sight. More than half of purchases happen on a phone, so we design for the small screen first and the large one second.

After launch, we don't disappear: we track the numbers, identify where the funnel loses customers and optimise, because an online store is a living system, and the difference between selling and selling well is in the details only data reveals.

mipmed.com is the example of what this work produces: an e-commerce operation where more than 90% of orders ship in under 24 hours, because every minute saved in processing is a minute gained in delivery.

Frequently asked questions

e-commerce
Which platform do you use: Shopify, WooCommerce or custom?

It depends on the business, and we decide it with you. For simple catalogues and operations that need to launch quickly, an established platform is usually the right call. For large catalogues, custom pricing rules or deep ERP and logistics integrations, a custom store costs less over time. We never push the platform that pays us the biggest commission.

Can the store connect to my invoicing and stock?

Yes, and it is usually the part that saves the most time. We integrate with the certified invoicing software used in Portugal and synchronise stock with your ERP or physical store, so a counter sale reduces online stock and vice versa. That connection is what removes the manual work of copying orders between systems.

I already have a store on another platform. Can you migrate it?

Yes. We migrate products, categories, customers and order history, and we handle the redirects so you don't lose the rankings the old store already had on Google. That last part is the most forgotten step in migrations and the most painful to recover.

Who handles payments and the fees?

The payment account is always yours, opened in your name with the provider you choose, and fees are charged directly by them. We handle the technical integration and help you pick the provider with the best terms for your volume. We never sit in the middle of your money.

What about shipping and carriers?

We configure whatever shipping rules make sense — by weight, by value, by zone or free above a threshold — and integrate the carriers you already use, so labels are generated automatically and the customer gets tracking without anyone writing an email.

What does an online store cost?

"From" figures are under Plans. What moves the price is catalogue size, the integrations required and whether product pages already exist in decent shape. A store with 30 products and one with 3,000 are different projects, and we tell you which bracket you are in before starting.
