Software & Integrations

Your tools should talk to each other. We make the introductions.

The service

Almost every company we know lives the same problem: the ERP doesn't talk to the online store, invoicing doesn't talk to the CRM, and in between someone is copying data from one side to the other, paying with time for what software should solve. Our job is to eliminate that job.

We build custom internal systems (operations management, team portals, KPI dashboards) and integrations between the tools you already use, through solid APIs and reliable automations. When the problem touches the physical world, we go there: IoT projects with sensors, access control and equipment connected to the management software.

We don't start by rewriting everything, and you should be wary of anyone who proposes that. We start with the process that hurts most and can be solved in weeks, put it to work and measure the hours it saved. Only then do we decide what comes next. Full-replacement projects take years, cost fortunes and fail often; projects delivered in parts pay for themselves along the way.

Court access at Great Padel via QR Code is one example: the app talks to the locks. AAUM's management software is another: trips, sales and usage data in a single system. In every project, the principle is the same: information flowing without manual intervention, so the team works on the business and not on its bureaucracy.

If your company has a process that "everyone knows is too manual", that is probably where our conversation should start.

Frequently asked questions

software & integrations
My process is very specific. Can you build it to measure?

That is exactly why we exist. Custom software is justified when the process is what sets the company apart and no off-the-shelf product keeps up with it. When a commercial solution solves the problem well, we say so and save you the investment.

Can you connect to the software I already use?

In most cases yes. If the program has an API, the connection is direct. If it doesn't, there is almost always a route through file import and export or direct database access. We check this at the very start, because it determines whether the project is simple or complicated.

What if my ERP supplier won't cooperate?

It happens more than it should. In those cases we work with whatever is accessible — scheduled exports, files, direct data reads — and design the integration so it doesn't depend on anyone's goodwill. Not the ideal scenario, but rarely a blocker.

How long does custom software take?

A first useful version usually takes 2 to 4 months. We work in short deliveries so you start using the system long before it is complete and can correct course based on real use rather than on an initial meeting.

Where is the data stored?

Wherever the company prefers: on European servers managed by us, on infrastructure you already have, or on your own premises if that is a requirement. The data always belongs to the company and we hand over full database access whenever asked.

Do you provide maintenance and support afterwards?

We do, and for internal software it is essential: once a system supports daily operations, a failure stops being an inconvenience and becomes a shutdown. Plans include monitoring, fixes and a direct channel for when something goes wrong.
